Adam is an accomplished vocalist, actor and MC with a BA in Dramatic Art from Wits and years of vocal training with Eugenie Chopin - enjoying the privilege of being the late Bill Flynn’s last understudy in Deon Opperman’s A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum at the Civic Theatre, directed by Ralph Lawson and Graham Scott, whilst still studying.
Adam has also had extensive vocal training with masters of their craft, Adele Strombeck and Gina Shmukler; and has been involved in four musical productions at WITS - awarded the Johannesburg Operatic and Dramatic Society Prize (JODS) for the student at WITS who has made the most distinguished contribution on stage in a JODS Production for 2009.

Adam has worked under the guidance of his mentors, musical director Bryan Schimmel, and actress/songstress Gina Shmukler in the Musical Theatre Course offered at WITS, as well as with Louis Zurnamer, Clinton Zerf and Rowan Bakker. He has also performed in Joyce Levinsohn’s production of Seussical Jr. at the National Children’s Theatre, and is extremely proud to be a part of Jock of the Bushveld - performed at the Joburg Theatre’s Mandela Stage in September 2010.
